A few ways I found to fix or stop this from happening:
1. Turn off all sleep functions (or IPv6 if possible) on the NIC.
2. Update NIC Drivers on all affected systems.
3. If Switch supports, turn on Multicast Storm-Control and set the % low (5% or so).
